With support from Health Net, we continue to pursue our mission by providing quality care to all regardless of situation or circumstance. Through their generous support, we are able to connect patients and community members with insurance and information to navigate enrollment and benefits.

Neighborhood’s team of certified enrollment counselors with support from Health Net focuses on retention, enrollment, and navigation for Medi-Cal insurance. Our experienced Certified Enrollment Counselors are here to assist with free enrollment assistance services. During a visit, our counselors will answer any questions about healthcare options. We will help enroll in the plan or program that’s best for the enrollee and/or their family. Our counselors will also make sure enrollment is completed and that enrolees know how to use their benefits. Someone does not need to be a patient at Neighborhood Healthcare to meet with our team of Certified Enrollment Counselors and discuss your options. Services are free. Medi-Cal is a program that offers free or low-cost health coverage for low-income adults, families with children, seniors, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, children in foster care and former foster youth up to age 26.
