A Prescription for Convenience
Our pharmacy program offers many medications at low cost. In addition to our dedicated pharmacy location in Escondido, we offer pharmacy services through partnerships with retail pharmacies throughout the community.
Neighborhood’s Evidence-Based Guidelines on Prescribing Controlled Substances
Neighborhood cares about whole-person care. Part of this care is making sure our patients know risks for harm when prescribed controlled substances (such as opioids, benzodiazepines, and stimulants). Our providers have thorough guidelines to follow when prescribing these medications, and each case will be evaluated individually. If a Neighborhood provider chooses not to prescribe these medications, a referral can be provided to an external doctor who specializes in medication management.
