Neighborhood Healthcare was recently recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for the Quality Improvement Award (QIA) for Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition (PCMH).

The Health Resources and Services Administration, a federal agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is responsible for improving health care to people who are geographically isolated, economically and medically vulnerable.

Neighborhood was honored with the Patient Centered Medical Home award by HRSA along with the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAHC) and The Joint Commission (TJC) as well as the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
