Neighborhood Healthcare’s Together We Grow Fundraising Gala was held Saturday, August 16, at Harrah’s Resort Southern California. Guests experienced an enchanted evening filled with meaningful connections and delicious dining. This was another phenomenal event with many opportunities to give back and help Neighborhood Healthcare. This year, exceeded last year’s fundraising success, empowering us to drive forward with our capital and expansion projects.

We are raising funds to sustain the growth of Neighborhood Healthcare as a whole, with an expanding need for health services in San Diego and Riverside counties. The goal is to improve the overall well-being of our community by ensuring access to quality healthcare and supportive services. We Serve Our Community Neighborhood Healthcare’s Street Medicine Program provides essential, on-the-ground healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness, that addresses complex medical, mental health, and substance use issues. Donor support extends these programs to reach more people in need.

A hard working single mother juggling part-time jobs to provide for her family struggles to make ends meet while lacking insurance coverage. Thanks to the generosity of supporters, she gains access to insurance and other essential resources.

Donor support helps our PACE program for older adults combat isolation by providing essential care,transportation, and social connections. Together,we’re creating a more connected, compassionate community where older adults can thrive with dignityand support while living at home.
