This volunteer group of patient and family advisors will assist Neighborhood Health in one of the following ways (select all that you are interested in):

Focus Group: Speak in a group with other patients and family members.
Virtual Patient and Family Advisor: Share your opinions and thoughts about projects, programs, patient education materials, wayfinding, etc. via email.
Committee work: Bring the patient/family voice/experience to various committee meetings.
Story Sharing: Share your health care experiences with care providers and other patients.
Be a member of a Regional Patient Family Advisory Council.
