Neighborhood Healthcare hires Edgar Bulloch, MD, as Associate Chief Medical Officer
– OB-GYN holds extensive experience in community health centers, executive leadership –
ESCONDIDO, Calif. (March 14, 2023) – Neighborhood Healthcare, a regional Federally Qualified Health Center providing a wide range of health services, announced today that it hired Edgar Bulloch, MD, OB/GYN, as its Associate Chief Medical Officer.
He brings extensive community healthcare and executive leadership to the team.

A graduate of the University of Texas Health Sciences Center Houston Medical School, Dr. Bulloch possesses more than a decade of practiced obstetrics and gynecology experience with community health centers in San Diego and Riverside counties. Dr. Bulloch joins us with extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chair of Women’s Health, Regional Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Executive Officer at other community health organizations. Dr. Bulloch will also co-lead Neighborhood Healthcare’s Women’s Health and Prenatal programs with the organization’s Director of Women’s Health, Elena Chavarria.
