Welcome to Neighborhood Ray M. Dickinson Wellness Center at Date Street. Located on the Escondido campus, Neighborhood Ray M. Dickinson Wellness Center provides Dental Care and Behavioral Health services as well as housing some of the organization’s administrative offices. This health center is within walking distance to three other Neighborhood Healthcare centers, allowing patients convenient access to comprehensive medical care.
