Introducing Tina Pope, Director of Philanthropy and Patient Experience

Welcome to the first publication of our quarterly newsletter, “The Neighborhood News”.  My name is Tina Pope and I am the Director of Patient Experience and Philanthropy for Neighborhood Healthcare.

This newsletter has been created to share the happenings of Neighborhood. It is our intention to prepare this for you on a quarterly basis so you will know how your gifts are affecting the lives of those we care for.  Our recent Pace Setter gala raised over $300k in an environment that is now virtual, with a program we had never attempted before, during the middle of a pandemic. You remained committed to the important mission of Neighborhood Health and we are humbled and grateful for your loyal support.

I have worked for over 20 years in the health care industry and I have been with Neighborhood Health for just short of two years – in this position for less than 6 months. This is the most special, meaningful and powerful work I have ever been involved with. The mission – to provide quality care to all, regardless of situation or circumstance – is one that is profoundly moving and one that requires partners and support from our community.

It is our goal to meet all of you, one way or another, over the next several months. As we head into the holiday season please take care, enjoy your families (whether virtual or in person) and follow the guidelines that help to keep you safe and well.  From my heart to yours, thank you for your selfless dedication to others and for being our partners and supporters.  At Neighborhood – we are BETTER TOGETHER.

Gratefully,

Tina Pope

Director of Philanthropy and Patient Experience.
