I was born and raised in California. I earned my nursing degree at California State University, Long Beach and began my career as a Registered Nurse working on the Obstetric unit. I had the opportunity to work with nurse-midwives and knew I had found my calling. I earned my midwife credentials at USC School of Medicine, completed my master degree at USC School of Nursing and am credentialed through the American College of Nurse-Midwives. I have been blessed to work with mothers and babies for 27 years, empowering women to make educated choices. I currently live in San Diego with my husband and two children. I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, seeing movies, and enjoying the local beaches.
