Johann joined Neighborhood Healthcare in January 2005 and brings more than a decade of leadership in healthcare strategy, business development, and finance to the organization. His collaborative approach and passion for mission-driven growth make him the right person at the right time to step into this role as Neighborhood Healthcare supports more Southern California communities.
Before joining Neighborhood Healthcare, Johann served as the Market Chief Strategy Officer for the Central Valley Doctors Health System. This network of facilities manages over 190,000 emergency room visits, 22,000 surgeries, 5,000 newborns, and 180,000 inpatient days. Prior to that, he was the Administrative Director of Strategy and Business Development at the Adventist Health North Coast Network in Ukiah, Calif., a physician organization that served 55,000 patients across three critical access hospitals and one sole community hospital.
