Primary Care includes health services for when you’re sick as well as when you’re feeling well and want to continue feeling your best. Establishing a medical home with Neighborhood ensures that all of your medical needs are met.

Our medical staff works with you to diagnose and prepare a treatment plan for you. If needed, medical staff can refer you to a specialist for specific diagnosis and treatment. Neighborhood supports a healthy life for patients of all ages, from infants and children to expectant mothers and older adults—and everything in between.

Neighborhood’s quality-focused physicians follow evidence-based guidelines and diligently seek out best practices to better serve you. Technology and innovation are cornerstones of our forward-thinking health services. We’re a leader in the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR), and our clinical practices offer the latest in automated processes to reduce costs and better serve patients like you.

Neighborhood’s Evidence-Based Guidelines on Prescribing Controlled Substances

Neighborhood cares about whole-person care. Part of this care is making sure our patients know risks for harm when prescribed controlled substances (such as opioids, benzodiazepines, and stimulants). Our providers have thorough guidelines to follow when prescribing these medications, and each case will be evaluated individually. If a Neighborhood provider chooses not to prescribe these medications, a referral can be provided to an external doctor who specializes in medication management.
