Neighborhood Healthcare opens Rialto facility
– Facility is non-profit health organization’s first in San Bernardino County –
Rialto, Calif. (تموز/يوليو 21, 2026) – Neighborhood Healthcare, a regional Federally Qualified Health Center providing a wide range of medical, dental, and behavioral health services, officially opened its new Rialto facility.
The health care center located at 1205 W. Foothill Blvd. provides a wide range of services, including Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics, serving individuals and families with compassion, regardless of their situation or circumstance. The site is proudly bilingual, ensuring accessible, inclusive care for our diverse community.
“We provide more than just medical care,” said Alejandro Nuñez, COO at Neighborhood Healthcare. “Our programs and resources can help people with everything from obtaining insurance coverage to getting food assistance. We believe access to quality, compassionate, whole-person care is a right, not a privilege. We don’t turn anyone away from getting the health services they need.”
Neighborhood Healthcare’s Rialto facility is designed to serve up to 10,000 patients at full capacity, expanding access to comprehensive, high-quality care. The organization accepts Medi-Cal and Medicare and offers wraparound services that support individuals and families beyond the exam room and helping them overcome barriers to care through connections to food assistance, affordable housing, and other essential resources.
