ESCONDIDO, Calif. (تموز/يوليو 1, 2026) – Neighborhood Healthcare, a regional Federally Qualified Health Center providing a wide range of health services, announced today the hiring of its new Chief Financial Officer, John Siddall.
He brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience to the organization and takes over for Lisa Daigle, who officially retires from the position at month’s end.
“John is the right person to spearhead our strategic financial operations at this unprecedented time,” said Rakesh Patel, MD, CEO for Neighborhood Healthcare. “He will help us expertly navigate our expansion initiatives against a changing industry landscape. John’s career reflects a consistent track record of improving financial performance while supporting quality care, patient experience, safety, and provider engagement. We’re excited to have him onboard!”
Siddall most recently served as CFO at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center in the Bay Area. He has also held leadership roles including as CFO at Plymouth Housing Group, a nonprofit housing development organization, and Vice President of Finance at HealthPoint, an FQHC in Washington. Siddall’s expertise spans strategic planning, budget development and management, cost control, and resource planning. He has led high-impact cost initiatives to drive return on investment. Siddall has also spent many years in project management, with a strong focus on completing complex projects on time and within budget.

John holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from George Washington University and a Master of Public Administration Degree (MPA) from the University of Washington.
