National Health Center Week August 12-18, 2018!

This year for National Health Center Week, Neighborhood Healthcare is hosting 6 events throughout San Diego and Riverside County, where we will provide dental and blood pressure screening services and education on our programs.  At these events we will showcase the wonderful work that we do for our communities.

Come meet Neighborhood Healthcare’s Outreach Staff during National Health Center Week! Learn about our medical, dental, behavioral healthcare, chiropractic care, prenatal care and MORE! Events will be held at the following locations:

Monday, August 13th - 7:00am to 9:00am
RIVERSIDE COUNTY
Alessandro High School in Hemet
Located at the intersection of Santa Fe and Devonshire

Free granola bars, water, fruit, and snacks. First come first serve, while supplies last!

Monday, August 13th - 11:30am to 1:00pm
SAN DIEGO COUNTY
