Neighborhood Healthcare provides dental services to children and adults through its three locations in Escondido, Pauma Valley, and Lakeside. The dental department provides preventive and restorative oral health services, and also emphasizes preventive education.
Neighborhood Healthcare has integrated its medical and behavioral healthcare services. A behavioral healthcare staff member is available in our health centers where we offer medical care and can meet a friendly face, ask questions, and seek additional care.

The Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) provides a wide range of culturally competent services to Medi-Cal pregnant women, from conception through 60 days postpartum. In addition to standard obstetric services, women receive enhanced services in the areas of nutrition, psychosocial, and health education.

The Office of Family Planning (OFP) is charged by the California Legislature “to make available to citizens of the State who are of childbearing age comprehensive medical knowledge, assistance, and services relating to the planning of families”. The purpose of family planning is to provide women and men a means by which they can decide for themselves the number, timing, and spacing of their children.
Feeding America is the leading hunger-relief charity in the nation. Through both local and national food assistance programs, Feeding America is able to provide nutritious foods to families struggling with hunger. Proper nutrition, especially in the first three years of life, provides a strong foundation for physical, mental, and academic growth.
Project Dulce is a diabetes care and education program that uses culturally appropriate and community based education and support to assist participants to better diabetes management. Since 1997, Project Dulce has helped thousands of ethnically diverse patients throughout San Diego County.
