All guests have access to the venue at 5:30pm to join in the fun!   

VIP guests have premier access to the venue and encouraged to arrive at 5:00pm to enjoy the VIP reception from 5:00pm – 6:00pm  

VIPs arriving at 5:00pm will be escorted to the Rooftop Terrance to enjoy the beautiful views all while also enjoying:  

• 5:00pm-6:00pm Cocktail Reception 

• Fully Hosted Bar  

• Delicious Appetizers  

• Live Music  

 *All guests are encouraged to arrive by 6:00pm to enjoy the gala festivities * 

Our Together We Grow gala theme is Enchanted Garden. Think Whimsical-Chic. Stylish, polished, and expressive. Feel free to dress it up with modern silhouettes, tea-length dresses, or tailored suits and linen ensembles. If you’re in the mood to go all out, we’d love to see gowns and tuxedos too! 

There will be complimentary valet parking and there is no charge for parking. Please drive up to the main entrance of the University Student Union building and the event valet service will be in front of the ground floor entrance with easy access to check in.  

If you wish not to use valet services, you are able to park your vehicle in the parking structure on the 2nd floor.  

Neighborhood Healthcare will have a Welcome Table where our excellent team of volunteers and staff will check you in!   

***To receive one free ticket for the ‘opportunity drawing’ please register your credit card prior to the event. Pre-registration will allow for reminders, exciting event updates, and ease of checking in and out.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a guest with you. Each ticket is on an individual basis, not couples. Each ticket is $400. If you would like to purchase a table, select the Sponsorship – Spark option and be sure to register your guests so they receive event details and reminders.

Yes, all guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner and hosted cocktail reception.  

Yes, a gluten-free vegan dinner option is available. Please let us know at check-in that you require a dietary meal. 

Your ticket purchase, donation, auction purchase or sponsorship package (less the fair market value) are tax deductible. Neighborhood Healthcare is a 501(c)3 charitable organization with a tax ID# 95-2796316. After the gala, you will receive a tax receipt documenting your contribution(s).
