I am not receiving emails from myCARE.

Sometimes, emails may not appear in your email account as expected. Here are several reasons why this can happen:

Why can’t I find my lab result on myCARE?

Due to the discretion of your provider or the sensitive nature of certain labs, we must give you your results in-person or over the phone. Please contact your doctor if you have questions concerning a lab result.

What do lab test results show?

For each test, there is a range of values that is considered acceptable for the general population. Your result will be a specific number that will be compared to this range. Please contact your doctor if you have questions concerning a lab result.

Can I schedule an appointment on myCARE?

No, this feature is currently unavailable.

Can I cancel an appointment on myCARE?

Yes, you can cancel upcoming appointments or view past visits.
