RIVERSIDE COUNTY

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (FNP/PA): This position is open at our community healthcare clinic in Temecula. It is a Part Time position (3 days or 24 hours per week) with potential to be full time as patient demand increases. The FNP/PA performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instruction of the supervising physician as well as ordering, interpreting and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs. Applicants must have a current California Nurse Practitioner & Registered Nursing license or a current California Physician Assistant and DEA license. Applicants must be currently certified in CPR. A minimum of one year of experience in primary care is required with the ability to work with adults and children as well as in women's health. EAST SAN DIEGO COUNTY

REGISTERED NURSE (RN)/BACK OFFICE SUPERVISOR: Full Time position (40 hours per week) open at our Family Practice clinic in El Cajon. The RN/Back Office Supervisor is responsible for coordinating with the Front Office Supervisor to ensure delivery of medical services in a manner which promotes maximum quality of care and efficient patient flow. The RN Supervisor must possess both supervisory and clinical skills. Applicants must have a current California Registered Nursing license and CPR certification with a BS in Nursing or equivilent. LAB ASSISTANT: Full Time position (40 hours per week) open at our Family Practice clinic in El Cajon. The Lab Assistant is responsible for maintaining quality assurance standards of performance and for all equipment in lab. This position assures sufficient supplies in lab at all times as well as sufficient coverage in the lab. Monitor lab performance to be in compliance with CLIA requirements.  Works with the Medical Director and conducts ongoing QA audits pertaining to the lab.  Reports QA concerns to Medical Director in a timely manner. Applicants must have a GED or high school diploma. A phlebotomy certificate or phlebotomy experience is required. SITE MANAGER: Full Time position (40 hours per week) open at our Family Practice clinic in El Cajon. The primary responsibility of the Site Manager is to ensure the provision of effective and efficient quality clinical services to the patients of NHcare, including exceptional patient focused service from all staff and volunteers. Coordinates patient flow on a daily basis with clinical and support staff.  Performs department duties as needed. Skills needed: Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Multi-tasking individual. Able to work under pressure. Ability to work with people of all social and ethnic backgrounds and maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to train and develop staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years receptionist experience required. Six months supervisory experience in health center setting preferred. Some college work preferred. Knowledge of various payer sources needed. MEDICAL INSURANCE BILLER: Full Time position (40 hours per week) open in Escondido. Medical Billing experience needed for high volume work load in fast paced environment. The Medical Insurance Biller is responsible for all computerized and manual billing to patients and third parties, including Medi-Cal, CHDP, Medicare, CMS, private insurance, Family Planning, and various other programs.  Responsible for correct coding implementation and compliance with procedures set by the department. The Denials/Credentialing Specialist is responsible for all payments, denials, appeals, and manual billing for patients and third parties, to include Medi-Cal, CHDP, Medicare, CMS, private insurance, Family Planning, and various other programs. Responsible for correct coding implementation and compliance with procedures set by the department as well as credentialing of all licensed medical staff.
