PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE: Full time position (40 hours per week) at our community healthcare center in Temecula. The PSR schedules appointments for patients by telephone or in person and registers patients for medical appointments. NORTH INLAND SAN DIEGO COUNTY

INSURANCE BILLER: Full time position (40 hours per week) open in Escondido. Responsible for all computerized and manual billing to patients and third parties, including Medi-Cal, CHDP, Medicare, CMS, private insurance, Family Planning, and various other programs.  Responsible for correct coding implementation and compliance with procedures set by the department. SITE MANAGER: Full time position (40 hours per week) open at our Pediatric/Prenatal clinic in Escondido. The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the clinic programs, ensuring that efficient systems are in place, staff is properly trained, and profitability is maximized.  Implement and evaluate systems within the centers that promote quality of care while monitoring their cost effectiveness. Standardize policies and procedures, develop monitoring systems, address compliance issues and evaluate effectiveness of programs.  Prepare reports and share information with appropriate staff for continual quality improvement of operations. Two years supervisory experience in health center setting (preferably a community clinic) required.  Some college work preferred and knowledge of various payer sources. DENTAL CARE COORDINATOR: Part time position (24 hours per week) at our Escondido and Pauma Valley clinics. The Dental Care Coordinator will work with parents of children ages 0-5 and pregnant women to provide comprehensive care coordination services that include referral management; health education; and development and implementation of policies, procedures and systems to ensure coordination of care and organizational efficiency. The Dental Care Coordinator will also conduct dental education classes and participate in data collection and evaluation activities. Applicants must be familiar with community resources and be sensitive to cultural and socioeconomic aspects of the targeted population. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. WOMEN'S HEALTH COORDINATOR/SITE MANAGER: Part time position (3 days or 24 hours per week). The Women's Health Coordinator/Site Manager will regularly spend time at each Neighborhood Healthcare clinics that provides prenatal care (Temecula, Pauma Valley, El Cajon, Lakeside) to assist with effectively managing and improving programs and is responsible for the overall operation of the Pauma Valley clinic, ensuring that efficient systems are in place, staff is properly trained, and profitability is maximized.
